First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions (Who are you?) , this joining session will be relaxing! This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Ideal clients
I love working with families and young adults! My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers, relationships or academics.

Motivational Interviewing
Throughout my clinical experience, I worked directly with families providing both structural family therapy and strategic family therapy to challenge systemic issues within families.
Attachment-based
Throughout my clinical experience, I worked directly with teens, adults and couples and begin to explore their thoughts on how their attachment is linked to trauma and early childhood stages. Through psycho-education individuals understand how their attachment impact them within adulthood, such as interpersonal relationships and personal relationships.
