Hi! My name is Jessi Jones. I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPCC) based in Kentucky. I received my master's from Lindsey Wilson College and have been practicing for 6 years. I serve people struggling with addiction and different mental health symptoms such as depression and anxiety. I have worked with several different populations including children, adolescents, adults and people with intellectual delays.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with different populations for the past several years, I've developed a different approach for helping you (a) identify what exactly it is that you want to achieve in treatment and (b) help create a treatment plan that tailors to those needs.
I love working with people suffering from the disease of addiction who want to learn who they are and what they can be in this life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools and support system necessary to get where they need to be. I also love serving the population struggling with mental health. This can be any mental health diagnosis, but I often serve those with Depression, Anxiety and Bi-Polar Disorder.

Jessi met me right where I was a with compassion , and the current struggles I was facing without judgement. She reassured me that these things the struggles I was facing were apart of natural human behavior, and that I was not alone. Jessi's approach to establish specific goals for therapy provided me with a sense of motivation and a willingness to see it thru. Her warm demeanor and her education on these matters is very much apparent from the moment we spoke. Thank you Jessi
