First session with Brannon was good overall because i’m looking forward to learning DBT in a program. I’m not use to as much light chit-chat, surface level speaking about my history since I’ve had many years of therapy. I use to very laser-focused, detailed history-taking so this was different, but I’m sure as time passes Brannon will get to know me and my issues better. I’m use to assertive wisdom from experienced CBT psychologists but I’m open to trying other modalities.
