I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working collaboratively with clients. I graduated with a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University. With over 5 years of experience in the field of social work, I specialize in helping individuals with anxiety, adjusting to diagnosed health conditions, grief, depression, navigating life challenges, and additional mental health barriers.
My goal for therapy is to create a therapeutic environment allowing for clients to engage, feel safe, heard, and free of judgment. The therapeutic process creates opportunities to learn, reflect, development of healthy coping skills, understanding feelings and behaviors.
My style is collaborative and warm. I tend to move at your pace, ask reflective questions, and help connect patterns over time.
I utilize therapeutic techniques/approaches, supportive resources, and collaborative efforts to help individuals navigate through mental health barriers.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT looks at how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We work together to notice unhelpful patterns and practice new ways of thinking and responding that reduce distress.
