New to Grow
I bring a long history of supporting neurodivergent individuals, with specialized experience in autism and ADHD across the lifespan. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and couples, creating affirming, strengths-based spaces where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered. I enjoy focusing on building a relationship with you in order to fully understand who you are, where you want to go and to allow you time to understand who I am and begin to feel safe in discussing any difficulty you may be experiencing.
Our first session will revolve around intake paperwork, while taking time to get to know each other a bit. I identify as a "casual" person, and strongly focus on relationship building between us in order for you to feel safe and heard.
As a person-centered therapist, I find taking time to develop a relationship is of the utmost importance. From there, I tailor our sessions to meet you where you are with a focus on personal goals.
My dream clients are ones that identify as neurodivergent, or have a loved one who is neurodivergent, as this community is one that is aligned with my skill set and life experiences. That being said, I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients as I believe diversity supports my growth which then can translate to the clients I work with.
