First session

I am curious about your situation, what you've done to address it and how you think therapy may bring you comfort and/or resolution. I am an empathic active listener, affirming and supporting people's experiences. I want you to feel empowered, listened to and cared for.

Strengths

I always look for the best and brightest in people; if you want change you have to have the strength and courage to take the next step. I am a good listener, have a healthy sense of humor to embolden others while also challenging others to consider changing one's mind, attitude or behavior. I have years of experience that allow me to build upon proven strategies and techniques to work with people who have not quite found the therapist yet. An attentive ear. Thoughtful analysis. Creative solutions.
