I believe therapy should feel like a safe, affirming space where you can be your authentic self without judgement. I specialize in navigating burnout, relationships, anxiety, or life transitions. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, which means I'll meet you where you are and support you in meeting your goals.

Together, we'll focus on your strengths, explore what's meaningful to you, and help you move forward feeling more grounded and empowered.

Together, we'll focus on your strengths, explore what's meaningful to you, and help you move forward feeling more grounded and empowered. I use CBT to teach people to challenge your negative thought patterns and change their responses. It is an effective therapy for many mental health conditions as well as managing difficult life experiences.

I’ve never had someone begin therapy the way she did. Made me really reflect and organize my thoughts. Which I need that.
