First session

During our first session we will review your personal history, discuss your recent stressors, and triggers. We will explore the areas of your life that most affect your ability to function at your best and set a plan to address your concerns.

Having worked in various capacities in the mental health field it has afforded me the opportunity to gain the experience that allows me to help individuals from many different backgrounds.

Treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I assist clients with identifying positive ways to reduce daily stressors by gaining self-awareness and learning mediation techniques.
