I have worked in various settings including in the community, schools, outpatient mental health, primary care, and residential substance use treatment. My goal is to empower you to move forward into a life marked not by fear, but by healing, strength, and possibility.

First session

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I'll ask you some questions to understand your goals, background, and what's been going on lately. Together, we'll start creating a plan that feels comfortable and what matters most to you.

Strengths

I have experience supporting clients from early childhood through adulthood in a variety of settings. I blend different therapy styles to fit your needs, focus on practical tools, and create a supportive environment where clients gain insight, overcome challenges and make meaningful lasting change.

Ideal clients

Whether you're ready to dig deep or just starting out, I'll meet you where you are and support you through anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, family issues and other life's challenges.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In session, I use CBT to help you identify notice unhelpful thoughts, see things in a new light and build tools to handle life's challenges.

Eclectic

I take an eclectic approach, meaning I pull from different therapy styles to fit your unique needs-whether that's CBT, motivational interviewing or other tools that work best for you.

Motivational Interviewing

I use motivational interviewing to help you explore your own goals and strengths, find your motivation for change and move forward at your own pace.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I use a person-centered approach by creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported as you find your own path toward growth and healing.

Psychodynamic

In session, I use a psychodynamic approach to help you explore how past experiences and deeper emotions shape your current thoughts, relationships and behaviors, so you can understand yourself and make lasting change.
