I am a licensed psychologist who works with adolescents, college students, adults, couples and families navigating major life transitions that can increase anxiety and stress or place strain on relationships. My clinical approach is client-centered, collaborative, and individualized. I work to create a supportive and psychologically safe environment in which clients can explore concerns, develop insight, and build effective coping strategies. Treatment is tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions. My goal is to help clients increase self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and navigate change. Telehealth available in Nevada and participating PSYPACT states.

In therapy, we work together to better understand emotional experiences, reduce feeling overwhelmed, and strengthen coping, communication, and connection. Common goals in therapy may include improving emotional regulation, increasing self-understanding, building confidence in decision-making, reducing patterns of worry or overthinking, strengthening stress management skills, and improving overall daily functioning and quality of life.
