I love love, and I love helping people to heal. Understanding healing occurs on all levels, I've dedicated myself for the last 23 years to being a vessel to help people navigate those levels and find their peace. My calling is to help heal the minds and souls of people so they can manifest their greater and higher selves. Whether it was through the books I've written, my former vegan catering company, practicing as a doula or navigating spaces as a licensed clinical social worker, I've always understood the assignment of helping folks recognize they have the power within themselves to heal.
First session
During our first session, I will patiently hold space while remaining curious to learn about you. I will ask questions, listen and collaboratively work with you to create the space you want and need.

Ideal clients
My ideal client is someone ready to do the work to heal and achieve the life they want, desire and deserve. Healing is not always easy. It can be hard. It can hurt, and it can be messy. Coming into the space with this understanding helps set the stage and expectations for healing but also know I will be there with you on the journey. Trust the process, trust me, and most importantly trust yourself.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
There is connection between the mind and behavior. They work together and utilizing CBT brings the two together so that you can wholistically heal.
Eclectic
There is not a one size fit all to therapy and healing. Understanding that healing comes in many shapes and forms allows me to provide care utilizing different modalities.
