First session
I offer a range of evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Family Therapy. By working collaboratively to develop a personalized, person-centered treatment plan from the outset, my clients feel empowered and secure to explore what is important to them. I wholeheartedly believe that everyone has the capacity for growth, change, peace, and joy. This belief drives my efforts to help others overcome obstacles, explore their personal identities, and build resilience and strengths to navigate life's challenges.

Ideal clients
My practice includes providing psychotherapy for women looking for support during a variety of life stages including but not limited to perinatal and postpartum, parenthood, and perimenopause. I also specialize in child and adolescent mental health and family therapy. I am experienced in working with diverse populations and supporting my clients through a variety of life challenges such as grief and loss, family conflict, and major life changes like new parenthood. I have worked in a variety of settings including community mental health centers, in home services, and outpatient as an Independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker in RI, MA, and WA.
