Have you ever found yourself thinking, “I just need someone to truly listen”? Every voice matters from the quietest, most silenced parts of you to the loudest thoughts that won’t seem to settle. If you’re looking for a space where you can speak freely, without judgment, and feel genuinely heard, I would be honored to be that person for you. Sometimes it helps to talk with someone outside of family or friends someone whose role is simply to support, understand, and walk alongside you.

My goal is to create a space where therapy doesn’t feel like another task on your to do list, but rather a place of comfort, openness, and meaningful growth.

My name is Eboniqua Smith and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with eight years of experience, I have had the privilege of supporting many children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges. I understand the complexities of trauma, the weight of daily stress, and how overwhelming today’s world can feel. My goal is to create a space where therapy doesn’t feel like another task on your to do list, but rather a place of comfort, openness, and meaningful growth.

First session

I am already proud of you for considering this step toward your goals. Beginning therapy takes courage. In our first session, I’ll invite you to share what brought you here, your past experiences, and where you envision yourself moving forward. From there, we will work together at a pace that feels right for you. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.

Strengths

My years of experience working with the youngest children as a ABA provider and as a school social worker I will always use an integrative approach when addressing your needs. My flexibility during therapy is what I see supports my clients the most. I will push you toward achieving your goals while consistently listening to your needs as a client.

Ideal clients

I look forward to supporting all children and teens working on coping skills, experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, changes in relationships, and transitions.
