Whether you’re seeking relief from difficult emotions, learning how to manage ADHD symptoms, coping with life’s pressures, or navigating transitions, I’m here to help you develop strategies that work for you. My goal is to give you the tools to build resilience, regain control, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
In my practice, I take a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to help you uncover what’s holding you back and take actionable steps toward positive change.
First session
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your current challenges, personal history, and what you hope to achieve through our work together. This session is also an opportunity for you to share your story in a safe, nonjudgmental space and ask any questions about my approach. By the end, we’ll collaboratively outline a plan tailored to your goals and set the foundation for meaningful progress.
Strengths
My greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to blend compassion with a direct, results-oriented approach. I’m skilled at helping clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns while providing clear, actionable strategies for change.
Ideal clients
My ideal client is an individual newly diagnosed with ADHD and is navigating what that means for her daily life and identity. They may be feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in cycles of procrastination, self-doubt, and inconsistent routines. Many of my clients are high-potential individuals who struggle to translate their intentions into action, leading to frustration and negative self-talk. I am best positioned to support clients who are ready to better understand how ADHD shows up in their lives and are open to building practical, sustainable systems. Together, we focus on establishing realistic routines, improving executive functioning skills, and reframing unhelpful thought patterns. My clients often seek to feel more in control of their time, reduce overwhelm, and build a sense of confidence and self-trust in both their personal and academic or family roles.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Using evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Reality Therapy, I provide honest, compassionate feedback to help you understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll focus on solutions, accountability, and practical strategies that empower you to take control of your life. Whether it’s challenging unhelpful thought patterns, addressing behaviors that no longer serve you, or navigating a difficult moment, I’ll guide you with clarity and care. If you’re ready to tackle life’s challenges head-on and create meaningful change, I’m here to support you .
Psychoeducation
I deliver psychoeducation clearly and directly, focusing on facts and practical strategies. Clients learn what’s happening, why, and how to manage it. I break down symptoms and offer useful tools.
Psychodynamic
I deliver psychodynamic on a broader range of unconscious influences, including early relationships, social factors, and current life experiences.
