Pam Karandos
I am a Licensed Mental Health Christian Counselor. I have worked with various populations and ages of individuals with diverse backgrounds including people with anxiety, stress, grief/loss, depression. I work well with individuals, couples, and families. I like to build a trusting relationship with the individual building rapport.
One of my greatest strengths as a counselor is to be able to hear what an individual's issues are and help tailor make a plan of action, incorporating healthy skills they can start to implement, so they feel more in control about their situation.
I use a variety of approaches with individuals and help them work to feel and lead a more healthy, fulfilling life.
