First session

30 minutes of intake to establish background/information with a focus towards understanding of each other to facilitate a healthy relationship from the get go.

Life can be hard, but we have the ability to find support, and through the support we can create healthier lives, we do not need more psycho-mumble-jumble , we need therapy that really meet people where they are and grants them the ability to move towards were they want to be.

I appreciate the time spent with Joe. I have been overcoming some life obstacles and timing with work, children and a difficult challenge. I was able to see Joe in the beginning of this challenge and come back to continue right where things left off the last time we spoke. Joe always provides an open perspective and support and guidance where it's needed. I'm glad that I was able to find Joe on this platform and I look forward to my continued journey of healing.
