My communication style is calm, accommodating, and personable. I want individuals to feel comfortable talking with me about anything, and I pride myself on my ability to listen without judgment.

Ideal clients

We'll collaborate to identify what matters most to you and develop practical strategies that fit your life. I'll support you in building skills, exploring patterns, and making progress at a pace that feels right for you.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

For the past 16 years, my aim has been to empower individuals in overcoming obstacles, both internally and externally, to improve their overall quality of life. I approach therapy with an eclectic array of approaches and modalities that are person-centered and culturally sensitive.

Dr. Stoudemire has the ability to pull the right thread to unravel information that would allow him to offer another insight to an issue or concern. He's always professional, courteous, kind, personable yet strategic with his delivery, questions, and responses. I'm grateful for the connections I've had with Grow Therapy. I look forward to my sessions in the way of getting to the root of my mental triggers while moving towards a healthy and healed mind.

My former provider was unable to continue due to the change in insurance acceptance. Dr. Stoudemire was referred by my former therapist. Our initial session went well as he searched for ways to connect with my past treatment along with developing his own plan moving toward future sessions. Today was an information gathering session and I'm looking forward to future sessions and receiving a blueprint of strategies to move towards healing.
