Treatment methods

I have over 20 years experience in CBT; recognize negative or unhelpful thoughts and behavior patterns, and identify and explore how these emotions and thoughts can affect actions. CBT helps clients identify distorted or negative thought patterns which may leads a client to maladaptive behaviors. Understanding how our automatic thought patterns and learned behaviors shape how we act, react and feel. I use a variety of interventions when working with clients.
