Treatment methods

Trauma Informed Care

I'm ART Certified Trauma Therapist ready to help you with many forms of trauma you may have faced in just 1-5 sessions. This is an evidence-based treatment and widely practiced. I would love to help you on your journey.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Using CBT, I can help you address and change your unwanted behaviors into new and positive behaviors. This is a widely practiced treatment and very successful.

Narrative

Narritive therapy will help tell your story of how you've experienced your journey and I will help you process this and change your story and how you relate to it.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I will always meet you where you are at. Taking into account that you are the center of your story, we always start where you begin and where you are most comfortable. I am here to support you, always.

Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS)

I specialize in suicidality. I work extensively with teens and adults, uncovering the intricate moments that lead to these feelings and ways to use techniques and behaviors to get your life back.
