Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session together will give us an opportunity to get to know each other better, for me to understand what has brought you to therapy, to hear what you are going through and to talk about what you would like to work on. It could also be a great time (if you are comfortable) to explore family history, relationship obstacles, and any traumatic events you have experienced.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I chose this field because I enjoy listening and being present for others. I am passionate about seeing people create the shifts in their life that brings understanding, self-care and overall increased well-being.

Megan is always listening and then giving me thoughtful challenges based off my own explanations of things. She is wonderful at hearing the root of my why, but allowing me to see it for myself through gentle questions.

Megan has truly been life changing for me. Her ability to listen and allow you to be comfortable with your emotions and feelings has been wonderful. She guides you or creates a small goal for you to be able to process or move forward through situations you are facing. Her ability to connect is appreciated. I highly recommend her and can’t say enough good things about the care she provides.
