I am an LCSW providing compassionate, client centered therapy. I believe therapy should be a safe space, collaborative and empowering. I’m all about meeting clients where they are and honoring their stories to support their healing. I am here to guide you along your healing journey and provide you with tools to cope with your stressors and challenges. I am deeply committed to helping clients develop a kinder relationship with themselves.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is our opportunity to slow down and get to know one another so we can begin building a foundation of safety and trust. There is no pressure to share everything at once, we will go at your own pace. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to achieve, a bit of your background, current stressors and any questions or concerns you may have.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a safe space that feels supportive and non judgmental. I balance empathy with practical support and prioritize client safety and empowerment.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with a variety of populations, however the clients I work with best are adolescents (16 and up), and adults (20-40 year olds). If you are willing to have difficult discussions and practice tools we discussed in session, this would be a great fit! I provide individual counseling to people who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem and life transitions.

She has been a tremendous help in the few times we have had whether it is giving direction or just being an outlet to talk to about things you have going on.

I am familiar with therapy. However, in my sahm era I am wanting to change things about myself to better my children. Trystan has adopted my core values and beliefs in my treatment plan. She listens diligently. She is very supportive and intelligent. She has become a safe place for me to lay down my burdens and she helps me find ways that align with beliefs. I not only look forward to healing, but I look forward to the interaction weekly. Love her.
