Hi! I'm Shenita, a licensed mental health counselor for the last 11 years. During this time, I've worked with veterans (battling mental health/substance abuse challenges), couples (relationship counseling), children (emotional regulation/behavior modification), and parenting (parenting psychoeducation). First session
During our first session, I look forward to learning about the goals you have in therapy, your past experience with therapy (what you liked/disliked), and any fears/concerns you may have about therapy. I look forward to the start of building a trusting therapeutic relationship that will be the foundation of our time together.
