I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 7 years of experience working with families and individuals of all ages. I work with my clients by empowering and challenging them to complete their goals and make positive change. I utilize an eclectic approach by using skills that best fit the needs of my clients. I have experience working with anxiety, stress, self-esteem, trauma, depression and grief.
In our first session, we will start with introductions and gather information about what brings you to therapy. We will work collaboratively to create a therapeutic plan that works towards positive change.
I am highly collaborative and work as a team with my clients. I provide a client-centered, safe, and non-judgmental atmosphere. I am authentic and genuine and give my clients the space to lead as they are the experts of themselves.
Someone who is curious and motivated about making a change. They just need to be willing to explore their thoughts, feelings, and patterns with honesty. Individuals who may just be feeling stuck or are navigating: 1. Anxiety, stress, or burnout that’s affecting their daily life 2. Life transitions—starting college, changing careers, becoming a parent, or adjusting after a loss 3. Relationship challenges, whether with a partner, family, or yourself 4. improve self-esteem or build healthier boundaries
