Holli Hudson
Hello, my name is HOLLI, I came into this field to provide others with the comfort and support they need to overcome past and current trauma. I have thirteen years' experience in the field and worked with families and couples for 8 of the thirteen years. Providing clients with a nonjudgmental space and empathic listening is of most importance.

It is important to meet others where they are and provide them the comfort and support to move through their own journey. I myself come from a long history of trauma and I am here to help. I offer a wide range of therapy modalities, coping skills and techniques to help process through history of events and ongoing stress that may continue to impact us daily.
First session
Taking the first step can be scary, I am here to help and provide support. First session is about building rapport and getting to know one another and identifying concerns and exploring the right treatment.
Strengths
Let's get started and move forward with the healing process and obtain the tools to continue healing outside of therapy in all settings.
Ideal clients
I really enjoy working with men and women and teens 15 and up on issues such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety, OCD, dissociation, ADHD, trauma, and relational problems. I can offer compassion and a safe space to explore past and current situation and what we can do about providing solutions. I utilize the solution focused and other modalities to help others overcome past and current history.
Treatment methods
Grief Therapy
Life can be difficult and as we age, we all go through the grief and loss stages and experience them differently. This can be very difficult to navigate and there is support to help you through these tough times.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Racing, ruminating, negative, distorted thoughts can impact daily functioning and this therapy treatment can help with learning ways to help reduce and manage these unwanted intrusive thoughts.
Gestalt
There are times we struggle with processing, managing and expressing our thoughts and feelings with others. This treatment can provide you the ability to process through your thoughts and feelings you would like to express to others and provide the support and encouragement for healing.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
A therapeutic, secular perspective is a conscious awareness of our present moment. This includes openness and non-judgment about the experiences. It is often coupled with other types of therapy, such as Cognitive-based Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Person-centered (Rogerian)
Person-centered therapy provides a safe space for clients to become more self-aware and find their own solutions. Person-centered therapy can be helpful for various types of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and more.
