Hello! I work with adults struggling with depression, trauma, addiction, and grief. I also support adults with ADHD-related challenges to help them thrive. Whether focusing on self-esteem, persistent anxiety, or just getting unstuck from old patterns, our work will focus on your whole person (emotional, mental, physical, and even spiritual wellbeing). I meet every client where they are, and will work with you to identify challenges and develop goals to focus on the changes you seek most.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Connection -- we'll have had the opportunity to discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss any challenges you might be navigating, and review goals and hopes for our work together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I offer a warm, empathic approach when working with all of my clients. If you're feeling stuck, longing for change in aspects of your life, or just hoping to reach a potential version of yourself you know is there, let's work together. I utilize evidence-based practices including CBT, skills development, strengths-based interventions, and mindfulness to promote client growth and wellbeing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with those coming to therapy with an openness for change. I have worked extensively supporting adults navigating the most difficult life transitions (career, loss & grief, divorce, addiction recovery, and acute mental health struggles), and those recovering from trauma. I enjoy working with adults with ADHD to address behavioral and executive challenges while offering solutions-oriented approaches to create positive change.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize CBT methods throughout treatment and collaborate with clients to identify their challenges and goals. We'll work to connect triggers and negative thought patterns with corresponding emotions and behaviors, and ultimately create new, healthy patterns of thinking and being.

Psychodynamic

I enjoy collaborating with clients on their goals, while offering psychodynamic and skills-based approaches to address underlying causes of core struggles and patterns.
