In our first session you can expect to tell your story. We will also work together to develop a treatment plan and make a decision on a timeframe to address your concerns. We will also set goals that are realistic, achievable, and in alignment with your desired outcomes.
Strengths
My practice is built on a foundation of trust, respect, and evidence based practices. As a provider my greatest strengths are my empathy, knowledge of treatment models and theories, and my experience in the mental health field.
Ideal clients
Living with the effects of trauma, anxiety, and depression can be a heavy burden, but you don't have to carry this weight alone. With over 20 years of experience, I am equipped with proven techniques to help you heal. We will work together to create a personalized plan to address your unique story and goals. I want to help empower you to heal from your past wounds, strengthen your relationships, and build a more fulfilling and resilient life.
