Carole Strong
"I help people become their best selves, feel empowered in their lives, and heal. After more than 30 years as a therapist, I still find this work deeply meaningful." "I came to this work through theatre, where I loved understanding what makes people tick, and through nursing, where I helped hospital patients manage their fears and concerns about their health. Those paths led me to social work, and I've been helping people ever since." "I work with adults of all ages, including older adults. I especially enjoy supporting people who are coping with life changes, grief, building self-esteem, managing home life with children and aging parents, or navigating prenatal and postpartum stressors. If you're feeling stuck, worn down, or ready for support, I'd be glad to talk."
I have over 30 years of experience as a therapist helping people to be their best selves, to feel empowered in their lives and to heal.
