My name is Stacey Dinkelman, and I'm a licensed clinical professional counselor with more than fifteen years of expertise. I am attentive to each client's specific needs. I believe that every person has the potential to overcome their challenges in life, and with the right support and tools, we can make that happen. Whether you’re having a hard time adjusting to changes in life or you need help learning that your challenges don’t have to be roadblocks, I am here to help.
During our initial session, I will take the time to understand your needs and identify the challenges you are facing. Together, we will establish clear goals, which will serve as a roadmap for our subsequent sessions.
I have always had the ability to see beyond the façade we present to make everything seem fine. I possess a down-to-earth nature that will make you feel comfortable and at ease. Moreover, I have a knack for pinpointing the underlying cause of your difficulties and developing a tailored plan that will help you achieve tangible, measurable objectives.
I specialize in helping adults and adolescents with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other related issues. Additionally, I have expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy. I firmly believe that altering one's way of thinking is the initial stride towards attaining happiness.
