Ideal clients

Therapeutic change has the best chance of occurring if certain conditions are present -empathy, unconditional positive regard, acceptance, and being there to support while our clients discover the strength you've always carried. Change isn't linear and progress is the goal, not perfection.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Marcy. She’s incredibly empowering and always makes me feel genuinely heard and understood. It really shows when she remembers and brings up details from previous sessions when they’re relevant to the current topic. She has a way of drawing things out of me that I didn’t even realize I was holding onto. I am incredibly grateful to have found her.
