Marcia Trejo
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in virtual therapy for adult women experiencing anxiety, depression, and periods of transition. Many of my clients are navigating pivotal moments—college, early career decisions, identity shifts, or uncertainty about what’s next—and feel pressure to have everything figured out. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I help clients make sense of their emotional experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and build confidence in their decisions and sense of self. Therapy with me is a space to explore, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and emotional stability.

First session
During our first session we will start with a brief introduction, go over cancelation procedures of appointments and then dive into what is bringing you to therapy and the specific challenges you are facing. The first session is used to build the foundation of the therapeutic relationship. ***Unfortunately at this time I DO NOT offer afternoon or weekend sessions***
