Hi, I'm Orly Krupkin, LCSW. Starting therapy is a significant step, and I’m glad you’re here. I work with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, caregiving challenges, midlife concerns, and relationship issues, including establishing healthy boundaries and creating more fulfilling connections. I have experience working with diverse populations in community, private setting, hospital settings, supporting individuals and families facing a wide range of medical and emotional challenges. I also have specialized experience working with hospice clients and their loved ones, which has deepened my understanding of grief, loss, and the importance of compassionate support during life’s most vulnerable moments. In our work together, I focus on helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing and identifying patterns that may be contributing to feeling stuck. My approach is collaborative and grounded in respect for your pace and readiness for change.
Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. There is no pressure to share everything at once, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Clients often share that they feel at ease speaking with me early in the therapeutic process. Many describe feeling understood without needing to over explain themselves, which can make it easier to talk about difficult or painful experiences. I aim to meet clients where they are and support them in approaching challenges with openness and self compassion, while also encouraging growth and insight over time.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, and life transitions. Many of my clients are navigating periods of uncertainty related to career changes, relationship challenges, caregiving responsibilities, retirement, or questions about purpose and direction. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Grief is a deeply personal experience, and I provide a compassionate space where you can process your emotions, honor your loss, and adjust to life in a way that feels meaningful and authentic. I work best with clients who are open to self exploration, motivated to grow, and willing to actively engage in the therapeutic process. Growth takes time, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

My first time back in therapy in 8 years. She really lets you talk and doesn’t make you feel overwhelmed with all the changes you may need to overcome. She feels very comfortable to talk to and non judgmental. I look forward to working with her and becoming a better version of myself.
