For over 10 years, I've worked in various settings, including not-for-profit mental health agencies and private practice. I believe that treatment is a collaborative approach. I look forward to taking the journey of healing with you. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. I am providing service in English and Russia languages
First session
In our first session I will introduce therapy structure and expectations; explore client's presenting problem, support client with emotional needs, answer client's questions
Strengths
My strengths in professional fields are meeting the client where they are in the time being; attunement to the client's internal experience with empathy, compassion and support; educating the client about their diagnosis and installing hope for healing and beliefs that life change and personal growth is possible
Ideal clients
I enjoy to work with clients who are ready for change in their life as well as motivated to do their part of treatment planing ; I like when clients takes responsibility for working on their struggles, they are considered about the provider time and communicate when they are not able to participate in the upcoming session, that I would accommodate their needs accordingly.
