I believe therapy is about more than reducing symptoms—it's about helping you reconnect with yourself. Many of the women I work with are successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from who they truly are.

We also clear out stuck emotions with energy healing techniques and breath work.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself, regulate your nervous system, build self-trust, and create a life that feels more aligned, calm, and fulfilling. Therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.

First session

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another in a relaxed, supportive environment. I'll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, and what you hope will be different in your life. Together, we'll begin identifying meaningful goals and create a plan that feels personalized, realistic, and focused on helping you move toward greater calm, clarity, and confidence.

Strengths

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I integrate evidence-based therapies with mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/tapping) when appropriate. Rather than focusing only on what's wrong, I help clients understand why they feel stuck and teach skills that promote emotional resilience, self-awareness, and lasting change. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself.

Ideal clients

My ideal client is a multi passionate woman who wears many hats and may feel scattered, burn out, overwhelmed, or pulled in too many directions. She may have many ideas and interests but struggle to follow through or feel grounded in one direction. She is ready to understand her patterns, regulate her nervous system, strengthen self-trust, and create more calm, clarity, and fulfillment in her life.

Treatment methods

Mind-body approach

The body has its own language, and it leaves clues. Every pain, sensation, or unease is informing us that something within us may need our attention, compassion, and care.
