You may look like you have things together on the outside while privately feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next. I work with adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions, including people who are used to being capable, dependable, or successful but are struggling beneath the surface. With more than 10 years of experience as a social worker, I offer a collaborative and down-to-earth space to better understand the patterns shaping your life and relationships. Together, we'll build on your strengths, explore what matters most to you, and work toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.

First session

You don't need to prepare anything for your first session. Come as you are. We'll have a conversation about what's been happening in your life, what's important to you, and what you'd like to see change.

Strengths

My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I’ll listen closely while also asking thoughtful questions, helping you notice patterns, and offering new perspectives when they may be useful. I believe therapy works best when you feel understood while also being gently challenged to look at things differently. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and develop practical ways to move toward the life and relationships you want.

Ideal clients

I enjoy working with teens and adults who appear to have things together but privately feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about where they're headed next. My ideal client may be navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or a major life transition. They're looking to better understand themselves, build healthier patterns, and feel more connected to the life they're creating. You don't need to arrive with all the answers. Curiosity and a willingness to explore are great places to start.

Treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Sometimes our minds tell us to wait until we're more confident, less anxious, or more prepared. ACT helps us stop waiting and start moving toward what matters most.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is about noticing the stories we tell ourselves and asking whether they're actually helping us. Together, we'll work on developing more balanced, realistic ways of thinking.

Multicultural

I believe our stories make us whole. Sometimes we spend so much time trying to fix ourselves that we forget to understand ourselves. Together, we'll explore how your culture, identity, family, and relationships have shaped who you are. In this process, we'll identify the strengths, values, and connections that can help you move forward.

Narrative

Life is full of chapters. Together, we'll explore the stories you've been carrying, recognize the strengths that may have been overlooked, and decide how you want the next chapter to unfold.
