Treatment methods
Narrative
Narrative therapy explores life events and how we place meaning to them, while externalizing the problem. It allows one to ultimately re-author their story gaining unique outcomes.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Helps to identify dysfunctional thoughts and learn ways to choose different thoughts. Mindfulness practices along with stress management techniques are incorporated.
Positive Psychology
Identifies life's positive qualities to gain well-being, happiness, satisfaction, and the ability to thrive. Building a life of purpose to live a more fulfilling life.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Helps individuals challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that contribute to anxiety. Understanding the link between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
