Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New Jersey. I received my Masters from Rutgers University and have been practicing for about 8 years. I have experience in helping individuals learn positive coping skills and strategies that can help to improve their mental and emotional well-being.

My overall goal is to help my clients overcome the stressors, problems, and trauma that overwhelm them, so they can thrive and live their best lives.

I work with my clients on identifying self-care activities and positive coping skills, in addition to understanding their strengths and weaknesses. I also work with my clients on developing and implementing skills that will help them to set boundaries and limits and to problem solve and set goals. These learned skills will ultimately help my clients to navigate relationships and situations in their lives that are the source of their stressors. My overall goal is to help my clients overcome the stressors, problems, and trauma that overwhelm them, so they can thrive and live their best lives.

First session

During the first session, we will get to know each other and begin to build a good rapport. I would like learn about your needs, so that we can create a treatment plan that will address these needs.

Strengths

I am someone that loves what I do. I enjoy helping others to help themselves. I will be your biggest cheerleader and motivator.

Ideal clients

I work with clients who are motivated to grow and ready to take an active role in their healing. My approach is collaborative and supportive—I walk alongside you, offering guidance, encouragement, and tools to help you strengthen your well‑being. Together, we create meaningful change by honoring your resilience, your voice, and your commitment to becoming the healthiest version of yourself.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have worked with clients on challenging negative thoughts and behavior patterns by teaching them positive coping skills that can help the clients return to a healthy state of functioning.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I will work with clients on setting goals that will meet their current and future needs. Clients will be encouraged to identify goals and to break these goals down into achievable goals and tasks - short-term, intermediate, and long-term.

Christian Counseling

I meet the clients where they are at. If Christian faith is important and the clients would like to incorporate scripture and prayer in their sessions, I can help to meet that need. This will be at the request of the client, not something I will impose.

I am so excited to start this journey with her. After my first session I feel like I've found the one for me. She gets it! And we actually have things in common.
