I became a therapist fueled by the desire and passion to help others achieve their greatest potential and navigate existing challenges in their everyday lives.

First session
In our first session together, I will be conducting a motivational interview, in order to better understand your situation and be able to help you identify goals to work on in our journey together.

Hi there.....I am pretty passionate about what I do, and use a variety of treatment modalities such as Insight-Oriented Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Gottman Method, Evidence - Based Therapy and others. I work with individuals to treat Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, ADHD, Trauma BPD, and Spectrum neurodivergence. I am experienced at validating Trauma, and helping increase coping mechanisms with an array of challenges. I specialize in couples of all types, LGBTQIA, Gender Dysphoria, Trans-Teen/adult support, Infertility, and multicultural Counseling.
