First session
Our first session will be spent getting to know you and what makes you, YOU! We will explore things that are going well in your life and things that things that aren't. We will discuss what brought you to therapy, explore what your symptoms are, and how you have been coping thus far. We will get a layout of some intial therapy goals and a brief overview of some treatment strategies for future sessions.
Strengths
My greatest strengths as a therapist are creating a comfortable, non-judgmental, and safe environment for clients to openly discuss whatever stressors or concerns they may be experiencing. I use supportive and encouraging language with my clients to ensure they feel validated. We will work together to find relief and healing where needed.
Ideal clients
I provide therapy to teenagers and adults. I specialize in complex medical needs, cancer, adult anxiety and depression, Autism, grief, substance use within family systems, and caregiver burnout.
Treatment methods

I offer an existential and holistic system-based approach—understanding how individuals and the circles around them impact our physical, emotional, and mental well-being. I partner with clients to develop unique individualized therapy goals that address the whole person and help them to find joy and meaning in their lives.
