Rhonda Haile
Sometimes in our lives, we will have experiences that will require some form of intervention. Together, let's explore healthy interventions. Trauma doesn't have to mean catastrophic. My goal is to provide a safe space. To assist with the development or refinement of skills that will allow you to explore opportunities for change.
What I am most passionate about is making sure that you feel you have been listened to.
The ability to motivate someone requires patience, understanding, and listening skills; truth and honesty. These are traits that I am empowered to bring to therapy.
First session
The first encounter would be an opportunity for introductions. Identify the challenges that brought you in for service. Most importantly, it is a time to determine if working together is a viable option.
