I wanted someone who shared similar experiences and demographics with me as a professional Latina woman, who would not only listen with empathy but also be honest, direct, and willing to challenge the patterns and behaviors that were hindering my growth. Her guidance has provided me with both support and accountability. I make a conscious effort to put into practice the next steps and strategies we discuss together. I value the positive impact our work has had on my personal growth and healing.
