First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, I will gather some personal background information, develop treatment goals with you-related to the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me understand your unique circumstance, and create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Each client is unique and needs an approach that is tailored specifically for them. My therapeutic approach draws on many evidence-based therapeutic interventions, which include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered/Strengths Based, Psychodynamic, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Emotion Regulation Skills System.
