I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting issues, career stressors, addiction, and faith-based (Christian) counseling. I have also worked extensively with clients who have experienced trauma and emotional abuse. My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and interactive. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel respected, heard, and understood. I believe in approaching each person with sensitivity and compassion, and I do not rely on stigmatizing labels. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered techniques, allowing me to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that foster growth, healing, and lasting change.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session will be relaxed and comfortable a space for us to get to know each other. I will review my approach to treatment, and we’ll begin discussing what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. From the start, we will work collaboratively to ensure that your experience in therapy feels meaningful and supportive something you feel encouraged to return to. My commitment to you is that we will continue working together, at your pace, until we find what truly works for you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I am empathetic and compassionate, and I strive to create a safe, comfortable environment for every client. I value collaboration and believe that the most effective treatment comes from working together, ensuring that your voice is heard and your needs are at the center of the process.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help reframe ways of thinking. CBT focuses on modifying dysfunctional emotions, behaviors, and thoughts by examining and uprooting negative or irrational beliefs. It is considered a “solutions-oriented” form of talk therapy, emphasizing that our thoughts and perceptions influence behavior.
Couples Counseling
I use a variety of techniques to help rebuild intimacy and learn communication skills.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I honor that your feelings come first, so I will always put your wants and needs first.
