I began my interest in Clinical Social Work after working as a nurse in the Addiction field. My training in the US Army and working in a variety of clinical settings set the stage for my education in Social Work. I completed my Master’s in Social Work at Western Carolina University with a concentration in Substance Abuse. I have been licensed and practicing since 2016 and treat middle age to older adults and couples. My goal is to partner with you and build on your strengths to create insights for managing emotions. Hi this is Carol. I am a licensed independent clinical social worker in eight states. My career started in Pennsylvania where I attended Chestnut Hill College and received my Master's in Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy Option. It continued in upstate Pennsylvania and New York where I attended SUNY University of Buffalo and received my Master of Social Work Degree. I capped those off with a Psy.D. from Cal Southern University, Magnum Cum Laude 2012. I hold an LCSW in PA, VA, NC, TX, and LI. I hold an LISW-CP in South Carolina, and LICSW in RI and MA.
