I have worked with people who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, low self image, and spiritual issues. I have been counseling for 28 years with extensive experience in individual as well as marriage and family counseling. I have worked with adolescents as well as adults. I regularly attend training to keep current on the best techniques to address trauma, mood, and anxiety. I enjoy building a strong relationship with my clients and watching them grow and overcome the issues that have limited their quality of life.
