I am a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is here to be a listening ear and talk through the issues bothering you. I have specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have years of experience with a variety of disorders most comfortable and experienced with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, life transition problems, PTSD, sexual abuse, human trafficking, and trauma. I specialize in treating issues relating to self-harm, depression, and anxiety. I also have both personal and professional experience as well as additional training in family military life-specific issues.

I have over 25 years experience as a licensed mental health counselor and substance use working with individuals of all ages. I provide a safe, non judgmental environment. I support individuals by allowing you to gain insight, recognize, and utilize your own abilities to reach your goals. I currently work with adults.
