Welcome to my profile! I am Elaijia, a LPC, LCMHC, and LCDC licensed in Texas, Vermont, and New Mexico. I specialize in anxiety. As an anxiety therapist, I work with clients from diverse walks of life and lived experiences. All are welcome here to “explore” and expand their options. I commend you for seeking help. Being the anxiety therapist, I work with clients to “Clean out” and “Reinstall” using various methods suitable to each person’s individual experiences and assessed needs. Clients can expect the anxiety therapist to work with clients that have experienced domestically stressful situations and beyond. Focal areas are interpersonal issues, love and family issues, self-esteem challenges, depression, life transitions, occupational stressors, PTSD, trauma bonding, “Stuck” thoughts, and many other topics that become prevalent to the revision process. Methods are selected based on individual needs, with the following modalities as options: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Reality Therapy.
