Throughout my 15-year career, I have gained extensive experience treating clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, chronic illness, and substance use issues. I also treat clients that struggle with self-esteem, body image issues, and disordered eating. When depression or anxiety takes over and loneliness sets in, it is understandable to feel hopeless. Sometimes even relationships can lead to unhappiness. I use a variety of different techniques, including mindfulness, CBT & DBT techniques to help you gain control of your thoughts and emotions. I believe in a variety of healing modalities outside of the realm of Therapy. I often provide referrals to holistic forms of healing to help the therapy process.
