I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I have several years of training with parents and children, couples and families, and individuals, in community and therapeutic settings. Having worked with many different age groups and people, I have developed skills to be able to create alliances in differing and often challenging interpersonal situations. I take a generally psychodynamic approach and also incorporate trauma-informed care, CBT, Gottman, mindfulness, and systems theory approaches.

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota with over 15 years of experience counseling. Most of my experience with clients has centered around issues related to depression, anxiety, behavioral dysregulation, attachment and relationship challenges as well as healthy boundaries and communication. I have extensive experience counseling parents of adopted children as well as working with youth with complex trauma and PTSD. My approach to therapy is highly person-centered, and inclusive of Gestalt, family systems and solution-focused elements.
