I received my Master's degree from Western Michigan University with a 'Trauma Across the Lifespan' specialization in 2018. I have been practicing trauma-focused therapy for 6 years. I enjoy helping those struggling with the effects of trauma through their darkest moments toward a brighter future.

Hello! I am licensed social worker serving clients throughout the state of Michigan. I graduated with my MSW from Grand Valley State University in 2013. I have worked within the foster care system, provided wraparound services for troubled youth, worked with those experiencing homelessness and with Veterans and their caregivers. I work with youth and adults on developing positive coping skills, short and long-term goals to address anxiety, depression, life changes, stress management and other mental health concerns.
