I completed my Masters degree at Oakland University combined with a post graduate Certification as a Complimentary Medicine Wellness Counselor. I have 20 years of professional experience assisting individuals with the struggles created by anxiety, depression and trauma. I believe that each person is unique, and so, my approach is person centered and I have studied to provide the benefit of a combination of traditional therapy, and complementary techniques to give my clients alternative options for the growth and healing they desire.

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and 20 years ago I moved to Florida where I currently reside. I graduated in 2005 from Florida International University with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling.
